The Custom-Fit Guarantee

At Grid & Galley, every organizer is custom-engineered and 3D-printed to your specific kitchen dimensions. Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

We encourage all customers to "measure twice" before placing an order to ensure a perfect fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in packaging your precision grids, we understand that transit can be unpredictable. The Grid & Galley Promise ensures you are never left with a compromised product.

  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at 3dorganizers@gmail.com.

  • Required Documentation: Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

  • Our Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a replacement free of charge. We cover all costs, including the new print and expedited shipping.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin the engineering and printing process shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once the printing process has begun, the order is considered final.

Exclusions

Please note that our return policy does not cover:

  • Inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

  • Normal wear and tear or heat deformation (avoid placing 3D-printed items in the dishwasher).

  • Color variations inherent to the 3D-printing process.
